1. Deposit requirement listed is based on lifetime accumulation.
2. To qualify for the birthday reward, members must make at least ten (10) successful deposits and meet the minimum total deposit requirement within the sixty (60) days before their actual birthday date:
- Silver: SGD 2,000
- Gold: SGD 4,000
- Platinum: SGD 6,000
- Diamond: SGD 10,000
3. Qualified members will be upgraded within three (3) working days once the requirements are met.
4. Tier upgrade bonus can only be claimed once per tier.
5. Rebates are calculated according to bet tickets that were settled between 00:00 and 23:59 (GMT+8) on a daily basis and will be disbursed the next day before 16:00 (GMT+8).
